Enchiladas
Made enchiladas for the first time tonight. Turned out pretty amazing according to my child and husband. I on the other hand DID NOT like them. The flavor profile is just not my bag, but I’m glad I tried something new and that it was good enough for the family. Mexican food is hard to get just right :)
