    Food Planning

    Started meal planning today! I’m very excited to get this going as I hate to waste food and I’m too busy to cook on the fly these days! Spent $121 for groceries for the whole week and I even got essential greens, all organic. Hopefully I can stick to this $120 budget and keep making fabulous meals!

    Anyone out there who meal plans? Please share your tips as I am a newbie and would like to know some secrets, etc if there are any.

    On the menu this week are spaghetti and Italian meatballs and Rebecca’s Aloo Gobi (is tofu really necessary for texture/flavour?) I love curry and cauliflower so it should be yummy!
