    Dreams Do Come True!

OMG! Just got a client of mine a contract! OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!

My client ‘J’ is losing his house, he has less than 30 days to vacate the place as he hasn’t been paying his mortgage. The bank had already sent word that they would need to vacate in 30 days so they can start the foreclosure process. Once that process begins it feels like your soul is being torn apart as the bank fights for your home and wants you out ASAP!

I worked night and day for J. I felt so bad that he was going to lose his home and had no place to go with his wife or daughter. I went to bed almost every night thinking about him and his situation and how I could make it better. Last night, in an act of desperation, I sent them out to look at properties at 8pm, just in case their dream contract didn’t go through as it was a multiple offer situation. There it was their dream home, in the right place with the best schools in the county, and we had to fight with several other people wanting the same home. It is so difficult to guess what other people are offering and hope that your number is the winning one.

Just this morning when I opened my work e-mail I saw CONGRATULATIONS with the address of the property. Words cannot express the surge of emotion that took over, I almost started crying! I called my boss as she had just woken up and she started squealing with delight! We immediately called our client to let him know the good news; random enough I had been texting with him this morning to see what contracts he wanted to put in from the last night’s properties. He was just floored and so happy, you could hear his wife in the background screaming shouts of joy. If all goes well, in less than 30 days they will have their new dream home, and I was able to make that happen for them. AND we now get to short sale his house so he doesn’t have to go into foreclosure, THANK YOU universe.

I FEEL amazing at this moment.
