Baby Shower
ATTENTION MUMBLR UNIVERSE!
Need HELP planning a baby shower for my neighbor Kayla. Her mom is a witch and I want her to have a happy time right before she gives birth. She is also a very young mommy, 18, and baby daddy is in and out of the picture. We’ve been bonding a lot lately and I just did her maternity shoot. Now I want to help with her shower and make it really special.
We are both creative and crafty individuals and have come up with some cute ideas. Just want to know what else we can do in terms of decorations, games, food, etc. that is cute, simple and not to $$$ on the pocket. Her baby theme is all owls and nature, pastel pinks and greens.
Her daughter will be Genevieve Sage and I thought about making little souvenir sacks of potpourri with some sage and cinnamon sticks, etc. I want to be able to give shower gifts that people can actually use, and I figured who would turn down potpourri!?
I also want to make some paper windmills and flowers since its going to be outside in our shared yard. Maybe some other cute table decorations. I know I’m going to make cupcakes too and empanadas for food. Its not going to be a big shower, but its quickly approaching and need to get a move on things!
